The journey begins with a thorough preliminary screening, where we review your application to ensure alignment with our nursing criteria and values. This stage includes evaluating your qualifications, experience, and the initial compatibility with the nursing opportunities available in Qatar. Our goal is to understand your professional background and aspirations, setting the foundation for a successful journey ahead.

Interview & Employment Process

Once screened, selected candidates move to the interview stage, where you'll meet our team virtually or in person. This phase is designed to assess your skills, knowledge, and suitability further. It's also an opportunity for you to learn more about us, the role, and life in Qatar. Successful candidates will then undergo the employment process, including contract discussions and job offer details.

Offer & Verification Process

After a successful interview, we extend a formal job offer in which the offer should be accepted or declined within 72hrs. This step involves verifying your credentials and qualifications, ensuring everything is in order for your professional licensure in Qatar. We'll guide you through the necessary paperwork and answer any questions you may have about the offer, the benefits, and the next steps.

Relocation & Training

Upon acceptance of the offer and completion of the verification process, we assist you with the relocation to Qatar. This includes logistical support, such as visa sponsorship and travel arrangements. Upon arrival, you'll undergo comprehensive training, not only to familiarize yourself with our healthcare practices but also to ease your transition into the Qatari culture and your new life.

Patient Assignment

With training complete, you're ready to be assigned to patients. Our team works closely with you to match your skills and preferences with the needs of our patients, ensuring a fulfilling and impactful placement. Throughout your assignment, you'll receive ongoing support and development opportunities, ensuring you feel valued and part of our community from day one.
